At Fresh Perspective, every item is thoughtfully handmade and often personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our work, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

• Processing times vary depending on the product and customization level. Be sure to check our current turnaround times before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or we’ve made an error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Send an email to [yfreshperspectivefp@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the issue
