At Fresh Perspective FP, every order is custom-made with care. To ensure accuracy and satisfaction, we follow a clear design approval process before production begins.
❌ No Cancellations After Approval
We do not accept cancellations or design changes once approval
is given and production has started. Please review your proof
carefully before confirming.
🚫 No Refunds or Returns
Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept:

Exceptions: If your order arrives damaged or there is a verified
error caused by us, we will replace the item or issue store credit.

🖌️ Design Proof & Approval
Before production starts, you will receive a design proof for review. This is your opportunity to confirm:

Spelling, names & dates

Colors & layout
-
Sizes & custom details
✅ Once you approve the proof, your order is finalized and immediately moves into production.
✅ Customer Responsibility
By approving your design proof, you confirm all details are correct. Fresh Perspective FP is not responsible for errors that were visible on the proof
but not corrected before approval.
Agreement
By placing an order with Fresh Perspective FP, you agree to this No Refund, No Cancellation & No Returns Policy.
Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided production has not yet started.
